The health and safety of our clients and employees is our top priority. To responsibly deal with the current COVID-19 pandemic, our staff wear protective eyewear, masks, gloves, and shoe covers. 

Our cleaning solutions remove 99.9% of germs. Please note: Surfactants, soaps, and detergent solutions are not antiviral. They remove germs, along with grime and dirt but do not kill germs. Specially Maid can, upon request, disinfect all surfaces with a Health Canada approved 1000ppm bleach/water solution which is effective against SARS-CoV-2 (the coronavirus that causes COVID-19) and is best used after surfaces are cleaned. As with most antiviral solutions, it must remain wet on the surface for 10 minutes to be effective.
