Can gift cards be put towards any service from Specially Maid?
Gift cards can be used towards any residential cleaning service.
Can gift cards be printed and given to recipients?
Yes. During checkout, you can name someone else as the recipient, but have it sent to your own email address.
You will be presented with an instant download option after purchase (where you can download and print the PDF gift card immediately) and you’ll also get a copy in your inbox.
How do I redeem my card
Each gift card has a unique alphanumeric code on it. To redeem it, inform our team that you have a gift card and provide the code. The full balance (or a portion you specify) will be added to your account.
If I don't use the whole balance, do I forfeit the rest?
No, balances are carried over and can be used on other service visits. Cards do expire 24 months from the date of issue, though.
Can I share my awesome gift on social media?
You can, but make sure you do not disclose the unique code attached to the card. This is the code used to redeem the value of the card!
Terms & Conditions
All gift card sales are final and cannot be refunded. Gift cards have no cash value; Remaining balances cannot be paid out in cash. Remaining balances may be used towards subsequent service invoices before the expiry date. Gift cards are valid for residential cleaning services only. Gift cards may be combined with other coupons and promotional discounts. Any amount in excess of the remaining balance of the gift card must be paid directly to Specially Maid. Gift cards expire 24 months from the “issued on” date.
