What makes us different?
We like to think many things set us apart, but there’s one thing in particular – we have no à la carte menus. We offer Recurring Maintenance Cleaning and Deep Cleaning, as well as Move-in/out Service just as you’d expect. That’s all pretty standard, but what you won’t find is an extensive list of add-ons for any of our service levels. Sure, our deep clean service includes items such as inside the oven, wet wiping blinds, baseboard scrubbing, etc. However, our recurring maintenance cleans¹ also include every item on our deep clean checklist. The difference is that we don’t charge for those add-ons when they are spread over regular maintenance cleanings.
Yup! You read that right, we don’t charge extra for add-ons. We want you to have your cake and eat it, too! What’s the catch? You just can’t eat it all at once.
When we visit a client for the first time, we come prepared to do a thorough clean. Initial clean visits are more involved because we don’t know you or your home. That’s why we send at least two team members and while they are completing the service, they will also be compiling a list of tasks that would normally require a deep clean. This list is then prioritized and scheduled to be completed during subsequent visits. Each time your home is cleaned, one or two items will also be checked off the extended list, at no extra charge. Did cheese get baked onto your oven? No problem, we’ll clean it. Blinds neglected for months? We’ll take care of that, too. Want it all done at once? Well, then our deep clean service is what you’re looking for. Otherwise, it’s all included in our recurring cleaning package.
Oh, and did we mention Electrostatic Disinfection? Also free for weekly and bi-weekly clients!

Initial Clean
The initial clean is a requirement before commencing a maintenance schedule. It allows us more time to familiarize ourselves with your home and make sure it is cleaned to maintenance standards. When viewing our recurring service quotes, the initial clean is broken out as an additional charge. This lets you see the maintenance costs per visit and the one-time initial clean fee separately.
During the initial clean, we will also plan ahead to address our No Charge Extras during subsequent visits.
Deep Clean
Deep Cleans require special attention to detail which means more staff on-site, and up to double the amount of time normally allocated to a maintenance clean. The actual time will depend on the size of the home and the length of time since it was last cleaned professionally. We’ll wave the Magic Wand in order to cut down on time if possible, no charge.
For recurring service clients, all of these items will be maintained at no extra charge and addressed as needed during regular visits.
In addition to a more thorough and time-intensive clean – all items on the 55 point checklist will be addressed, plus:
- Oven interior and racks
- Oven warming/storage drawer
- Inside windows
- Wet wipe blinds
- Full door and casing wipe
- All walls washed
- Wet wash baseboards
- Dust / vacuum heat registers
- Dust / vacuum cold air return vents
- Dust / vacuum bathroom fan covers
This type of clean may need to be split into more than one visit.
Move-in / Move-out Clean
This is intended to restore a home someone lived in back to its original state. Ready for new owners or tenants to call their own.
Includes 55 point checklist, plus deep clean items, plus:
- Inside all cabinets
- Inside all drawers
- Inside closets (including shelving)
- Inside refrigerator
- Wash all light fixtures and ceiling fans (within reach, and under 3 meters)
- Wet wash heat registers
- Wet wash cold air return vents
- Wet wash bathroom fan covers.
This type of clean may need to be split into more than one visit.
