When our existing clients talk about us, they are powerful brand ambassadors. We wanted to show our appreciation for that, so we created the Specially Maid Referral Rewards Program.
Now, each time a new client is referred to us our ambassadors receive $50 towards their next invoice. The onboarding new client also receives $50 towards their first invoice.
How it works: Each of our clients is assigned a unique 6 digit alphanumeric referral code when their account is created. This code is displayed on that client’s invoices like this, and in the Client Hub for that account. To use it, simply ask your referee to give us your code when they contact us. That way, we know to credit the accounts of both the person who gave us the code, and the person it belongs to.
Codes can be entered into our online Quote form, sent via email to: email@example.com, in our chat widgets on our website and social media accounts, given over the phone to one of our customer service reps, or in person during a walkthrough assessment, or even to your clean team during their first visit.
